We are delighted to announce the launching of an annual summer show that aims to bring together the best of Arts & Crafts furniture design with the work of leading artists.

The core of the exhibition is to be held in the Lutyens designed Henrietta Barnett School in the Suburb’s idyllic Central Square with a small feeder exhibition running concurrently at Joseph’s Bookstore based at Temple Fortune.

The show, which will run from Sunday 27 July through to Sunday 10 August, will include an exhibition of over 80 Arts & Crafts designs from the movement’s leading designers, makers and retailers, including: William Morris, Philip Webb, A W N Pugin, Ambrose Heal, Ernest Gimson, Betty Joel, Gordon Russell, Leonard Wyburd, E A Taylor, W R Lethaby & M H Baillie Scott.

To underline the affinity that the Suburb has with the Arts the show will also include both Modern British and contemporary paintings, featuring:
